As members, we strive to embrace the principles of life cycle-based performance in all that we do, including our corporate responsibility and stewardship, our products and services, and our ongoing operations.

We acknowledge that the planet can no longer sustain the standard growth-oriented consumption and that we cannot continue to do things the way they've always been done. Our collective goal is to be the catalyst for a new way of business based on an ever-decreasing ecological footprint: one that is more energy efficient, environmentally benign, healthier, more productive, and based on renewable and regenerative growth principles. In order to achieve this necessary change, we commit to obtaining and sharing a deeper level of life-cycle based information on our products and services as well as communicating the value and benefits of this approach with our constituents: suppliers, customers, employees, shareholders and, whenever possible, the media.
